Gordon helps payments and fintech businesses turn regulatory requirements into practical operations. He works inside client teams, taking responsibility for projects from planning through implementation.

Co-founder of AnyAccount, Gordon has held executive roles spanning compliance, operations, market development and business leadership. His experience includes leading the creation and launch of an online remittance platform, building compliance teams and designing governance, financial crime and operational control frameworks.

He works across leadership, product, technology, operations and finance to connect policy with onboarding, screening, transaction monitoring and settlement. His experience covers licensing and regulatory engagement, banking and payment partnerships, and ongoing reporting and assurance across international payments businesses.

Gordon has held directorships in the UK, USA, Czechia (Czech Republic) and Hong Kong. His experience in regulator engagement and partnership development spans these markets as well as Canada, Germany, Hungary, Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya. His work includes FCA authorisations and ongoing reporting, US money services business registration and state licensing frameworks, AML and sanctions controls, and Hong Kong regulatory requirements. He has also developed relationships with sponsor and correspondent banks, payment service providers and agents, connecting regulatory expectations with the commercial and operational requirements of cross-border payments.
