1. Who we are

AnyAccount Ltd is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Our company number is 11791794. Our registered office is 46 Kenley Lane, Kenley, United Kingdom, CR8 5DD. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@anyaccount.org.

2. Information we use

When you contact us, we use the name, business contact details, organisation, role and message you provide. If you arrange a consultation, we also use appointment details and information you choose to give us about the discussion. Please provide only what is needed for your enquiry. You do not need to send identity documents, financial records or sensitive client information to book an initial conversation.

The website has no enquiry or appointment form. You can contact us by email or follow a link to an external booking service. We use the information received through those channels to respond or arrange the discussion.

Technical request information, which may include IP addresses and request metadata, is handled to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from our aggregate statistics. Switching off measurement does not stop the network requests needed to use the site.

3. Why we use information

We use enquiry and appointment information to respond, understand the support requested, arrange discussions and prepare relevant proposals. For enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with business contacts and providing professional services. Where you are personally entering a contract, we rely on the contractual basis for processing necessary to take steps at your request before that contract.

We rely on our legitimate interests to deliver and protect the website, and to retain relevant correspondence where necessary to manage complaints or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where a specific law requires processing, we rely on that legal obligation.

You choose whether to enquire or book a consultation. Without suitable contact or appointment details, we may be unable to respond or arrange the meeting. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use the website statistics to make decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Aggregate website statistics

We count page views, links towards services and consultations, and clicks to the external booking service to improve the website, navigation and content. Referrals are grouped into broad categories such as social networks, search engines or direct/unknown. A booking-link click does not confirm an appointment.

Measurement is on by default unless you have switched it off or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can view measurement options and switch it off free of charge. The footer also has a direct switch-off control. Your choice is remembered on that browser and can be changed at any time. If browser storage cannot be read, measurement stays off.

Aggregate records contain event type, approved page paths, a broad referral category, a permitted flag and a timestamp. They exclude names, email addresses, form contents, stored IP addresses, full referrers, query strings, search terms and visitor or session identifiers. We do not join events into individual browsing histories, identify people from country patterns, build advertising audiences or connect browsing to named enquiries.

These limited statistics are used only to improve the website, relying on the statistical-purposes exception under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, with clear information and a simple, free means of objecting.

5. Access and service providers

Enquiry and consultation information is accessible to our two directors, together with providers needed to operate the relevant services. We do not use a CRM system.

We use providers for website hosting and security, aggregate statistics, business email and appointment scheduling. You choose whether to use the external booking service and provide your details there. It has its own privacy information. AnyAccount also uses the appointment details it receives to arrange and manage your consultation.

Authorised business AI-assistance tools are connected to our business email and calendar services and can access relevant information when the connection is used to support an authorised task. Website enquiries are not routinely forwarded to those tools. The connection does not authorise unrelated uses of information.

Relevant information may be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary and justified. We do not share enquiry details with commercial partners for their own marketing. Other websites linked from our pages have their own privacy information.

6. How long we keep information

Aggregate measurement events are retained for three months. Your measurement preference remains on your browser until you change it or clear browser storage.

We keep unsuccessful enquiry and consultation records for 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a documented active matter, complaint or legal requirement justifies longer retention. Records are then deleted or anonymised. This retention rule also applies to copies and outputs containing that enquiry information. Records relating to an agreed client engagement are covered by the applicable client and business-record retention schedule.

7. International processing and security

Our service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Applicable provider data-protection terms provide for recognised adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards for international transfers. Where required for UK transfers, these include standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum. Contact info@anyaccount.org for information about the safeguards applicable to your information or to request a copy.

We use access restrictions and provider security controls to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, and in qualifying cases data portability. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some rights are subject to exceptions and do not require us to delete information that we must lawfully retain.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular circumstances, and to direct marketing at any time. Contact info@anyaccount.org. Switching off website measurement is available through the website controls and does not require an email or account.

You may complain directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You do not need to complain to us first. We welcome the opportunity to address concerns and may request proportionate information to verify a rights request.

9. Changes to this notice

We review this notice when our practices change and show the latest update date here. This notice covers the website, business enquiries and consultation booking. Other activities, including client delivery and employment, may be covered by separate privacy information.
